Video Update
Monday 29 August 2011 10:36pm Posted by: Elina Akselrud
Hi all,
Just wanted to inform you that I have added a new video of Chopin's F minor Mazurka (op.63/2) to the "Watch" page - it was my encore after a performance at Clayton Opera House in the beautiful land of Thousand Islands (Upstate New York).
Please take a couple of minutes to watch it!
Have a wonderful school year for all the applicable people, and if you have nothing to do with school - just have a great time in the fall.
I am starting my last year of BM tomorrow. Wish me luck............
Yours,
Elina ^_^

Hello Everyone,
I hope your summer is going great! Mine is so far over-super-amazing, and I wish you to have a similar experience with it.
Today I am more than happy to announce a handfull of updates, which are:
- The new sister-website with my photography is finally created, uploaded and working! Please check it out at photo.elinaakselrud.com or simply navigate from the Main Entrance page. I have spent a lot of time working on it and I really love how it looks
Hope you will like it!
- There are new photos of me in the "See" page (in the "Piano" and "Life" categories). Photographed by Vladimir Gramagin and Victoria Juharyan, to whom goes big thanks and hugs.
- Last, but not least, there are some new performances scheduled for the upcoming season (not all of them though). Please refer to the "Future" page for the details.
I am going to go and enjoy the rest of the summer now as much as possible, and wish you the same.
All the best,
Elina

Hello Everyone,
I would like to let you know that I have posted some updates today - mainly on the "Watch" page, I have added a few videos with Bach, Mozart, Chopin, and Debussy. Please make sure you check them out.
Another video that I have recently posted up is on the "How It Began" page, which contains my performance of D. Bortnyansky Concerto when I was 8 years old (actually, my very first performance with an orchestra)!
The last thing for today would be some upcoming concerts for this spring, which you can find more information about on the "Future" page, where my performance schedule is located.
It is almost spring outside, and please make sure you DO notice when the leaves turn green (last year I was so busy that I didn't.....)
Wishing everyone a great weekend,
Elina
